Lesson 4 - Rest

Have you ever gone on a road trip by car? It's usually a super long trip that takes a couple of hours. You also want to take tons of pictures on a trip.

However, when one tries to take photos of the surrounding environment in a car that is going very fast, the pictures are blurry. You're driving so fast, you miss everything around you.

When we try to get everything done as quickly as we can, we zoom through life without taking a moment to see the beauty that surrounds us and lies within us at a moment in time that will never return. Remember, when you're on that road trip, you never pass the same point twice.

God rested on the seventh day, even though He was not tired.

Rest, and allow your mind to capture, clearly, all that you see and appreciate.

He lets me rest in green meadows;

he leads me beside peaceful streams.
