Behind the scenes

Have you ever felt used by someone? You were nice, and did something to help this person, but this person never really seemed to appreciate any of it?

It sucks. It hurts. Some people may even call you naïve for constantly trying to do good.

Simply put, what you do may go unnoticed by human beings, but it will never go unnoticed by God. God sees what you do.

Sometimes, it may feel like you just want to stop doing good, to stop helping, because you constantly feel stomped on. It's okay to feel like that, but don't let that stop you.

We may not see the impact of actions and words now, however, somewhere, something is happening. It may look like you're losing, but somewhere, behind the scenes, you have won.

Like my aunt said, " Kind people always win."

"Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." -Galatians 6 verse 9
